Order Timeline

Due to the custom nature of our products we will discuss when custom orders will be ready.

Some confections will ship or be ready to be picked up within 1-4 business days depending on the busyness of the shop. We do offer expedited shipping. 

Allergens 

Your items may come in contact and/or contain tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, dairy and eggs.

Custom Orders

We always love creating new products from scratch. 

Please contact us for a quote. 

Custom Requests

Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time. We ask for at least 7 days lead time.

Ask us for details. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours.

After the 48 hours they will be cancelled and can be re-invoiced for a $5.00 fee. If the balance is over $80 you can pay half for a non-refundable deposit and pay the balance a week before the items are picked up/delivered. If balance is not paid in full a week before pickup/delivery you will forfeit your deposit. We do not send pictures of your order before you pick it up. Once you pick up your order or have it delivered it is out of our control and will not be responsible for the product.

SHIPPING

Our company ships through the following carriers

* UPS, USPS, FEDEX 

We ship most of our orders USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Once they leave P.S. Sweets it is out of our control. You need to contact the carrier with any shipping issues.

Any items that are shipped are subject to breakage. I package all the items with the utmost care and they leave me in perfect condition. There will be no refunds for breakage.

RETURNS

There are no returns due to the nature of the items. If we mistakenly ship you the wrong item please do not return it.
